◆Yoshinori Kono Profile
1949(1949)Born in Tokyo. Saddened by the development of residential land in the hills of the Tama region, which liked the nature of the mountains from an early age, he went on to the Department of Animal Husbandry of Tokyo University of Agriculture in order to engage in herding in nature in the future, but was disappointed that livestock and modern agriculture as a whole aimed for industrialization with the highest priority on efficiency, and abandoned this road. Instead, he aspires to explore "nature for human beings" through his own physical senses by broadening his interest in various health methods, training methods, and ideas and religions, and after practical experiences.
After studying Aikido, Kashima Jinryu, Negishi-ryu, etc., he built the Shorikan Dojo in 1978 and began activities by presiding over the martial arts rehearsal study group. After that, he interacted with people from various fields not limited to martial arts and martial arts, received many teachings, and studied techniques and techniques through trial and error by reading ancient literature and other things, and presented them in lectures and books. From around 1999, as the techniques and techniques were applied to sports, musical instrument performance, etc., and the results were high, and social interest increased, the martial arts practice study group was dissolved in 2003 in order to respond more freely to the world and to clarify the position as a researcher of martial arts. Since then, interest has also increased in fields such as nursing, engineering, and education, and for three years from 2007, he also served as a visiting professor at Kobe Jogakuin University.
Currently, he mainly conducts lectures and workshops on martial arts in various places.
In addition, in the autumn of 2009, he established "School of the Day" with mathematician Mao Morita, and held courses in various places to face the discipline itself, which is not for taking exams or obtaining qualifications.
In addition, through the agricultural use of Japanese honey bees, we have started activities to explore more natural agriculture and ways of life.
